Although it seems that Peru had the bulk of Latin America’s garage bands, there are not many compilations dedicated specially to Peruvian Beat (except for Vampisoul’s Back to Peru, Sons of Yma, and my own El lado Peruano, primera / segunda parte, see my post from November 12th, 2010) While the work of the major groups has been published on anthologies and reissues., my compilation presents 52 uncompiled tracks by some lesser known bands, many not from Lima but from other parts of the nation.
