Well, if the city of Rome was built on 12 hills, and Moses delivered 12 holy commandments to the world, then I hope this set number 12 will be a most noble devotion to my friend and inspiration Werner alias the Lolly Pope , RiP. I admit it was much overdue, but since #11 many new uncompiled gems have come up to the surface, which proves the UK catacombs keep on yielding unheard / overheard gems, right? I‘m sure the Lolly Pope will pardon me for being slow, but here, finally, is a double set with 48 fresh sounds that not have seen any reissue before and feature many groups who never got a mention in any UK beat encyclopedia, like the Limeys, or the Lemmings. Some acetates are waiting for identification, as well. I’m sure The Lolly Pope will bless my efforts. And I hope you’ll dig.
