Here’s 30 sweaty, fratty, shaky, highly danceable ravers which I hope will deliver the perfect soundtrack for your Xmas-party. Most of the tracks I selected were recorded before the British invasion would conquer the United States, proving that teens knew how to get their kicks in the time-period between Rock’n’Roll and Beat. You might have heard a few tracks on some Surf- / Rockabilly-samplers (such as Greasy R’n’R and Rock Out Of This World), but I guess this won’t spoil the fun. So invite some friends, chop down the Christmas-tree, throw everything but the recordplayer out of the window, turn the volume to the max and …..let’s stomp!!! Goochy Bamba!!!!
